Get ready for a summer of creative fun with 2026 GradFlix!

Whether choosing a career in academia or beyond, your communication skills are key to achieving your professional goals. Our annual GradFlix competition provides an opportunity for you to use your creativity while building your communication and technical skills.

Beginning in late spring, we will be launching a series of virtual and in-person workshops to help you find your inner creative coordinator/script writer/videographer/sound specialist/director!

You will have access to writing and technical experts from across the university, who will provide tips and strategies to help you produce a video worthy of your portfolio.

Our GradFlix winner will represent McMaster at the Ontario Council on Graduate Studies annual meeting in May 2027.
