The nomination may be made by a current graduate student or faculty member at McMaster University.
The nominee should have engaged in activities that had a significant positive impact on the quality of the experience of international graduate students at McMaster.

- Two letters of support by McMaster University graduate students.

Only the above materials will be considered by the Selection Committee.
All materials will be treated as confidential. The international graduate student coordinator, along with the associate dean of nominees’ faculty/faculties will act as adjudication committee for Dean’s Award for Outstanding Leadership and Contributions to the International Graduate Student Community.
Nominees may be asked to supply copies of their CVs.
Each award winner will receive a certificate of appreciation and a $500 payment. All nominees will be acknowledged at the Graduate Students Awards Ceremony.
