In certain cases, you may require a third party form to be completed by the School of Graduate Studies to validate registration or degree confirmation.

If you have a form that requires validation or confirmation, please contact us directly at sgsrec@mcmaster.ca for these requests.

Please note, SGS may not be able to complete every requested item on the form that is received.

Note: Requests received without a student’s signed consent will not be processed.

Please allow 10 to 15 business days for processing.

Important: Customized letters will not be produced between August 17 and August 31. In exceptional circumstances, requests during this period may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
