This drop in style group is for students who have experienced grief and loss due to the death of a loved one. This group will provide a safe and confidential space for sharing experiences of grief while respecting each other’s questions, feelings, viewpoints, and/or spirituality as it relates to each person’s healing process. This group will include reflective sharing and inquiry, expressive arts, mindfulness and self compassion based exercises. Please contact Marybeth for the WebEx meeting link.
Facilitated by Marybeth from McMaster Open Circle and Simone (Counsellor) from the Student Wellness Centre, and it is open to all students.

Although you don’t need to register, you must attend the entire session to avoid any disruption to the group and so the group is best supported.
