Start your graduate journey with Mac Mindfulness, a virtual introductory four-session course that teaches participants the skill of mindfulness.

Participants will learn to develop the habit of incorporating mindfulness into daily life. Research has shown that attendees benefit significantly when they commit to attend all four sessions; therefore, attendance at all four sessions is required.
