Leave your worries behind as you unwind on a walk and connect with nature.
The Student Wellness Centre hosts post-walk meet-ups online. Join from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. each Wednesday on Zoom after your walk near home.
Here’s how it will work:
Walk somewhere for 30 minutes (or more)in yourneighbourhood or where you can do some movement/exercise near nature (near a window or plants in your home) in the day leading up to the meet-up.
Be mindful of all bylaws that exist in your area (regarding access to public spaces, group sizes, etc)
Take one photo on your walk related to the themeand discuss during the meet-up. Send it to the device that you’re joining us on zoom.
