All documents required for admission or condition clearing must be submitted to the office of the program you have applied to or are joining.
Please email a high-quality scan of the required document to the program’s graduate administrator/officer, or program coordinator.
Talk to your program and complete the Readmission form.
After your request is submitted you can pay the readmission fee in your Mosaic Student Centre.
Only after payment is received will a review/processing of your readmission request begin.
