Created for university-aged individuals, the Mac Mindfulness program helps you develop and gain certain qualities of the mind, including wisdom, patience and compassion.

Students who have completed the program have learned and applied the mindfulness-based, stress-management strategies, and report that they feel improved calmness and greater self-compassion.

The course is free, but all participants must register and are encouraged to commit to attending all sessions over four weeks.
