McMaster looks at ways to improve university-student interaction
Interested in sharing your experience as you’ve navigated the various services offered by McMaster?
Have you ever visited or booked an appointment with a department to solve a problem only to be told that you need to go to a different department, and then had to start the process over again?
McMaster University is looking at how an institution-wide solution (also known as Contact Relationship Management or CRM) will help provide better services to students, by sharing information across departments and faculties.
Students are the core focus of this initiative and we would like to hear students’ perspectives on their current experience (how and when) interacting with McMaster, what needs to be improved and how they would like to interact in the future.
Take part in a focus group
Students will be eligible for a $10 amazon card for the session that they attend. The names and contact information collected will only be used for this focus group. Register online to join a session.
Deloitte will follow up with you to schedule a virtual 90-minute focus group between November 17 and November 23. We hope to work around your schedule!
