McMaster’s Graduate Wellness Team has created a new workout plan to help you boost your fitness!
The five-day bodyweight workout program features a mix of exercises — high-intensity interval training, bodyweight strength training, pilates and yoga — that you can do in your own living room.
The team also created a downloadable gym-based workout plan, that can be done at the gym or at home.
