Curtain about to rise for this year’s GradFlix final
Graduate student video-makers are competing for top spot in this year’s GradFlix Final Showcase on April 5.
Over the past three months, grad students from across the faculties have been busy crafting one-minute films that describe their research. Students can tell their story using animations, original music, dance, poetry, even humour – while still focusing on improving communication skills with non-specialist audiences.
Join us Wednesday, April 5, at 3:30 p.m. ET, for the 2023 GradFlix Final Showcase on Zoom.
GradFlix judges include members from the broader Hamilton community, as well as communication experts from across the university.
Tune in to watch videos by the top 10 finalists, as they compete for cash prizes, the Dean’s Award for Excellence in Communicating Graduate Research, and GradFlix bragging rights.
