Building a brighter world. That’s what it’s all about when you’re a graduate student or postdoctoral fellow at McMaster. You spend your days immersed in research – reading, analyzing, writing – with the goal of making a difference.
But at those in-between moments beyond the labs, libraries and lecture halls … well, that’s when life happens. And that’s where Spices comes in!
Spices is a funding program that supports new initiatives driven by graduate students and postdoctoral fellows. These projects help to build graduate and postdoctoral community, as well as address a need and create opportunities on campus or beyond.
Spices isn’t about academic research. But it is about making a difference.
