Join Open Circle to learn how to practice self-care throughout the year. Self-care during challenges: Reflect on your experience of graduate school through guided journaling, discussion, music, and mindfulness practice. Explore:
- What coping mechanisms or refuges do I turn to when facing challenges?
- Which of these are supporting or grounding me?
- How can I take refuge in what nourishes me during the weeks and months ahead?
Learn self-care practices for reflecting on your life and supporting your wellness. Connect with other Graduate students and share experiences in a supportive, respectful space. Learn about opportunities for reflection through Open Circle.

What is Open Circle?
Since 2001, Student Open Circles has been working with students to support them in their life and spiritual journeys and to make a difference in the community. Founders Marybeth Leis and Jeff Druery have been providing guidance for students since 1995. As they listened to students, they recognized the need for welcoming and respectful spaces for students from a diversity of backgrounds to explore meaning, values, spirituality, and social justice.
